Scheme for RP/Visa Extension
Time: 2:00-5:30 pm on working days’ Afternoon
Venue: International Students’ Center (ISC) (HoudeLou 605)
Procedure: (Visa/RP Extension check)
1. Verification of Reason of Extension & Passport, RP Check
2. TAO
Attendance Check
Verification of tuition & accommodation fee and Insurance
3. SAO
Punishment Check
Residence Registration
Health Commitment
4. Visa/RP Extension check and approved by vice dean / Dean
5. Collect Visa/RP documents: Application Letter, Appointment Letter, Visa/BP Approval Application Form, Registration of Residence, Physical Examination Report, Passport and copy of passport & visa
6. In-Person Submission: Applicants must visit the local Exit-Entry Administration Bureau in person with RP Documents
7. Claim for RP/Visa in one week, have it photocopy and archive at ISC as the graduation document.

Notes about data file format and size:
· PDFs are the strongly preferred format accepted by the FIS Portal system. Image files (i.e., JPEG, TIFF, PNG) may be uploaded but are highly not recommended. Image files in the .pdf format, Word documents and Excel files are not acceptable.
· Limit file size to no more than 1 MB per document but at a high enough resolution that images are discernable and text is legible.

· The FIS portal generally works best on Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox, and Safari. However, web browsers are not always without flaws. If you run into an error please try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or saving a draft of your work and notifying us at fis@jju.edu.cn.
· You may take pictures of your documents using your phone, but please make sure that the image is both legible and fits into the frame of the picture.
