Notice on Issuing Certificates to International Students

Awarded Bachelor’s Degree in Late 2024

To international students related:

International Students Awarded Bachelor’s Degree in Late 2024, please come to the Teaching Affairs Office (HoudeLou 604) on working days to pick up the certificate in person or Authorize one person with the valid original passport and a photocopy of the passport, preferable on Wednesday Afternoon.

Please see the Authorization Letter Template, it must be signed by authorized person, and yourself as well.

Graduation / Degree APPLICATION CHECKLIST are required to be completed before issuing the certificates.

To facilitate and prompt the procedures for picking up the Graduation Certificate and Bachelor Degree, please get the documents (templates) ready.
