As the epidemic is under control in China, study resumption is back on track in most cities over China. According to the requirements of the prevention and control work of COVID-19 in Jiangxi province, Jiujiang University hereby requires the students traveling in China to do as follows:
1. For students who’ve been staying in Hubei province:
1.1 The students should write the formal application to Jiujiang University, including the report of the traveling and health condition within the past 14 days. FIS then evaluates the student’s health check record in the university’s Yischool App.
1.2 The student should get the health certificate from the local authority in Hubei province and also register the Gantong Code（赣通码）by mobile phone.
1.3 Three days earlier before return to the university, the student must inform Jiujiang University about the details of the transportation -- train or flight.
1.4 The student should be checked the temperature upon arrival at university, if having fever or other symptoms, will be sent to the designated hospital. If not having fever or other symptoms, the student should unconditionally accept and pay for the medical observation and COVID-19 nucleic acid test. If the test is negative, the student should be quarantined in the designated hotel in the university for 14 days.
2. For students who’ve been staying in other cities out of Hubei province:
2.1 The students should write the formal application to Jiujiang University, including the report of the traveling and health condition within the past 14 days. FIS then evaluates the student’s health check record in the university’s Yischool App.
2.2 The student should register the health code in the local cities or Gantong Code（赣通码）by mobile phone.
2.3 Three days earlier before return to the university, the student must inform Jiujiang University about the details of the transportation -- train or flight.
3. The student should be checked the temperature upon arrival at university, if having fever or other symptoms, will be sent to the designated hospital. If not having fever or other symptoms, the student should unconditionally accept and pay for the medical observation and COVID-19 nucleic acid test. If the test is negative, the student should be self-quarantined in the designated single room in the FIS hostel for 14 days.
