One-Stop Procedures
1. Download and have the related form filled in. To facilitate and prompt the procedures, please get the documents (templates) ready or send to fis@jju.edu.cn in advance.
2. Have the form approved at the International Students’ Center (ISC).
3. Claim the signed / stamped certificates with the form at ISC.
Notes:
l You may refer to Tips on Claiming Certificates for International Students Awarded Bachelor’s Degree, Certificates Templates for reference Only as well.
l Word documents for filling in with typing and printing.
l PDF documents for printing out and filling in with hand.
l Opening and completing and submitting the materials and e-forms on a laptop or desktop computer is best. The documents and E-Forms are not optimized for smartphones.
l It is proposed that the official certificates copies be sent to the Designated University Official Contact & Official Email (with edu.cn) which the applicant applies. And usually no physical documents would be needed.
