One-Stop Procedures
On Change of Majors and Transfer, Extension, Suspension, Resumption and Withdrawal
1) Download and have the related form filled in. To facilitate and prompt the procedures, please get the documents ready or send to fis@jju.edu.cn in advance.
2) Have the form approved at the International Students’ Center (ISC).
3) Photocopy the signed / stamped form and file in at ISC.
Notes:
l Application Form of Status Alteration for International Students (Change of Majors and Transfer, Extension, Suspension, Resumption and Withdrawal), supporting documents are required.
l This Application form in duplicate is kept by FIS and the applicant.
l Your residence permit will be canceled within 10 days if your application of Transfer, Drop out or Suspension is approved.
l Word documents for filling in with typing and printing.
l PDF documents for printing out and filling in with hand.
l Opening and completing and submitting the materials and e-forms on a laptop or desktop computer is best. The documents and E-Forms are not optimized for smartphones.
