Application Form for Leave of International Students. Fill in and send to fis@jju.edu.cn, or print it out, sign and hand in, get approval.
①Related certificates, such as medical report, should be attached to this application; Late supplementary application is not accepted.
②Students granted to leave are required to return before the due time. Any student who does not return to class on due date will be regarded as
Absenteeism, or punished. For emergency, you can email to: fis@jju.edu.cn, name or rename with your name first +.
③Supervisor: ≦3 days, Students Affairs Office / Teaching Affairs Office: ≦6 days, FIS dean/vice dean: ≧7days.
