REITERATE | Reiterate the Reminder for SUMMER Vacation

Please be informed that the Faculty of International Studies will be closed for SUMMER Vacation from 1 July, 2025 to 29 August, 2025.

Step 1. Fill in on computer and send copy as the attachments and email to fis@jju.edu.cn: ①Operation Sheet ②Visa/RP Extension check ③Health Commitment

Step 2. Collect the physical documents at 605 on the specified date (every Wednesday afternoon) or upon notification. Visit the immigration office with the documents and Medical Report.

Step 3. Inform FIS the Expiry Date of the extended/New Visa/RP to fis@jju.edu.cn (the new visa/RP copy as the attachment).
