Tips on Claiming Certificates for International Students Awarded Bachelor’s Degree in Late 2024
To international students related:
International Students Awarded Bachelor’s Degree?in Late?2024, please come to the Teaching Affairs Office (HoudeLou 604) on working days to pick up the certificate in person or Authorize one person with the valid original passport and a photocopy of the passport, preferable on Wednesday Afternoon. Please see the Authorization Letter Template, it must be signed by authorized person, and yourself as well.
Graduation / Degree Application Checklist is required to be completed before collecting the certificates.
To facilitate and prompt the procedures for picking up the Graduation Certificate and Bachelor Degree, please get the documents (templates) ready.
1. Step 1. Get the documents ready: The original version of Degree Application Letter with (Transcript, Internship materials, HSK）,
Departure/Check out Sheet (Library, Hostel Management, Fee Clearance, original passport), Application Form of JJU Outstanding Graduate Certificate / Best Character Certificate (if capable) , Authorization Letter Template.
2. Step 2. The original version of all the above materials shall be presented for verification, and opinion should be signed by the related persons (Deans).
3. Step 3. Have other certificates’ information filled (if needed), and rename it as: name+batch+student no. (eg. Imran Abbas 20211101073) and email the soft copy as an attachment to: jjufisalumni@126.com, alumni@jju.edu.cn: ￡Certificate of Graduation (en) ￡Character Certificate ￡Certificate of No Criminal Record ￡Final Transcript ￡FIS Letter of Recommendation ￡other
4. Step 4. Have Graduation / Degree Application Checklist filled and checked.
5. Step 5. collect ①graduation certificate (cn) and ②degree certificate (cn,en) and ③other certificates (if needed); Collect documents for visa extension (if needed).
