4. 领取结果 / Collecting Results:
To facilitate and prompt the procedures, please send the Operation Sheet (Word form) and the Service Request to fis@jju.edu.cn as the attachments two working days in advance.
Please collect the result on the specified date (two working days later) or upon notification with the Operation Sheet and your Student ID & Passport.

Example for RP (Residence Permit) Application/Renewal
Step 1. Fill in on computer and send copy as the attachments and email to fis@jju.edu.cn: ①Operation Sheet ②Visa/RP Extension check ③Health Commitment
Step 2. Collect the physical document at 605 on the specified date (two working days later) or upon notification using THIS
Operation Sheet and your Student ID & Passport.
Step 3. Inform FIS the Expiry Date of the extended/New Visa/RP to fis@jju.edu.cn (the new visa/RP copy as the attachment), or Register at 605 with a copy of the new visa/BP copy.
